The English abstract for this French paper is as follows:
E-learning facilitates online access to educational resources, anywhere, anytime. It can be used at various levels such as teaching new concepts, simulation, evaluation and collaborative work. E-learning tools are also great for engaging learners and fostering active learning. In this article, the authors will discuss the various e-learning tools and the five stages of educational design in e-learning, namely the definition, design, creation, distribution and demonstration. They also explain the best methods for evaluating the effectiveness of these tools.
